We enforce strict site safety protocols and perform continuous quality checks. Every phase is reviewed for workmanship, compliance, and performance before advancing to the next stage.
Project Completion
We treat close out as a structured phase managing punch lists, inspections, Con Edison coordination, testing, balancing, and turnover documentation. We ensure the building performs as designed. We remain involved after completion, supporting operations, fine tuning systems, and ensuring long-term performance for owners, residents, and end users.
